HH has been a family business since it was founded in 1982. We're based in Chagford within the Dartmoor National Park; at the heart of the West Country. We know it and the holiday cottages we let very well and although we now have an excellent team of 30 (some pictured above) who administer, inspect and help arrange a little over 16,000 bookings a year we retain a 'small firm' ethos where customers automatically come first. It says something that (60%+) of our bookings are from previous customers, their friends, relatives and work colleagues and amazing as it may sound, a fairly standard 99.25% of customers who've responded to our questionnaires in 2007 said they would recommend our services to friends.
